Ground shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process from when your order is first placed.

FedEx delivers shipments Monday-Friday (for 2nd Business Day)

2nd Business Day orders placed by 10AM PST will be shipped the following business day. If you place an order on a Friday before 10AM PST the order will ship by the following Monday. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship by Tuesday. If a holiday occurs, please allow an extra shipping day. At this time, we cannot guarantee expedited orders will be shipped the same business day.

Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. From then, ground shipping: 6-10 business days approximately to most major cities.

During peak, promotional and holiday periods, processing timeframes may be subject to change and getting your order may take longer to be on the move than expected. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping. We thank you for your patience during these times.

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends. For pre-orders once you have secured your pre-sale item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you know when to expect it. We will reach out to the email address associated with your order to advise if there are any expected delays.

Our orders are shipped via third party warehouses located in California and China, also our 13 retail store locations. We predominately use USPS for deliveries to major cities. Please note, Beach Bunny reserves the right to ship via an alternate courier where required.

We now offer Green Package Protection powered by Route to help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you need to file a claim please visit https://claims.route.com/

If you experience a lost, damaged or stolen package, and the Green Package Protection was not purchased, Beach Bunny Swimwear will only ship a replacement order. If the items are not available a merchandised credit will then be issued.

Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?
Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global e. Global e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Beach Bunny to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
Please select the flag icon in the top right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website.
Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
Delivery to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus has been temporarily suspended until further notice.

What is your returns policy for international orders?
While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items and items purchased using a 20% discount code or above, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Beach Bunny's discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Beach Bunny cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.If you have already placed and received an order, please follow the return steps listed in our returns portal here.

What currencies are supported?
All available currencies are listed in the drop down menu under the flag icon in the top right corner.
We display and collect payments in the local currencies of the countries displayed in the drop down menu under the flag icon in the top right corner. You will be charged in the currency of your selected country at checkout.
Beach Bunny is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by banks.

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices.
Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and therefore cannot be calculated at checkout. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay such fees as determined by local customs authorities.

Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
No. The purchase or redemption of gift cards and e gift cards for international purchases is currently not available.

Can I ship to an international PO box or APO address?
Sorry, we can’t ship to an international PO box or APO addresses. If you entered an international PO box or APO address as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
