  • How do I join Beach Bunny’s VIBB Rewards Program?
    To become a Very Important Beach Bunny just sign up here on this landing page by creating an account with Beach Bunny and providing us your name and email address, and your birthday (optional). You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state. One membership account per person, regardless of email address or name variations. When you spend $1 or more at Beach Bunny (and you have signed up here on this landing page), you will become a VIBB at the Glitter tier. You may spend more during the dynamic 12-month period after you sign up to achieve higher tier level. All VIBBs will return to the Glitter Tier after the dynamic 12-month period, and again can achieve higher tier with spending during that year.
  • What do I get for becoming a VIBB?
    Not only will you get benefits on shipping costs, an annual birthday gift and you can redeem your points for discounts, but at the higher tier you also get a point multiplier amongst other perks within our community.
  • What is the annual birthday gift?
    The annual birthday gift at the Glitter tier is 15% off / Glitz tier is 25% off your purchase made within 30 days from issuance. Check your email inbox around your birthday for a special birthday gift discount code from us to you.
  • Can I use all my points at once?
    Yes. You can use your points as they accrue or save them to apply more points for a larger discount. Only one reward (e.g., points or percent off) may be used per purchase. May not be combined with other offers.
  • How do I earn benefits under Beach Bunny’s VIBB Rewards Program
    After you have signed up as a member, just provide your email address when you shop online or visit us in-store. As you checkout you will see your benefits available in your cart.
  • Can I use my benefits online and in-store?
    Yes! Whether you prefer to shop from home, mobile, or with us in-store we will reward you.
  • Do my points expire?
    No. Points have no expiration date, and unused points move with you to any new tiers. Points and Rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred.
  • How do I check my points balance?
    Go to www.beachbunnyswimwear.com/pages/loyalty-rewards and login to your account! If you are in-store our swim specialist can look it up for you.
  • If I return my items, do I lose points?
    Yes. Points are earned based on the dollar amount spent, so if a refund is processed you will lose those points based on the amount refunded. If you process an exchange, you will keep the points earned if the total dollar amount spent with the exchange is no less than your original purchase.
  • If I forgot to login at checkout, can my points be added to my account?
    No. If you were not logged into your Beach Bunny account when you made a purchase, you will not earn points for that order and unfortunately, we cannot add them to your account. Points earned are tracked based off the email address used at checkout.
  • Does my tier status change?
    Once you have entered a new tier you will remain in that tier until a dynamic 12-month period, and after that your tier status will reset at Glitter. During each year, your tier status will depend on the dollar amount you spend that year.
  • Are there purchases that do not earn points?
    Purchases of gift cards, purchases made with gift cards, taxes and shipping costs do not earn points.
  • Can I earn points on orders purchased with a gift card?
    No. Points will only be earned on purchases made with a debit card or credit card. You will not earn points toward your Rewards account when purchasing with a gift card. If you place an order using both a gift card and debit/credit card you will only be rewarded points based on the amount paid by the debit/credit card.
  • Do my Rewards for my birthday gift expire?
    Yes, 30 days from the date of issue.
